I was able to get my copy at JoAnn's using one of those 40% off coupons. If you don't get the newspaper with their weekly ad and coupon, there's a coupon on line at their site.
I have never been able to use a coupon for a magazine at JoAnn's. They said something about mags being from a different vendor. Michael's also sings that same song.
