I looked this up, since I was sure it had to be a known block. The second block is a reverse coloring of Sun Ray printed in KC Star. The pointy bits are a sub-unit commonly called "peaky and spike". To make a PP pattern for those, cut a square the size you want plus seam allowances. Draw lines from two corners to the centerpoint of the opposite side. Alternately, you could go to
