For the missing rubber foot you might try the plastic lid from a spray starch can. It fits mine perfectly.
Went to Wal M and found rubber feet, much thicker than what was on table and replaced them, they take 1" size. Now to find time to sew. Company coming today and I have to pay bills online first.
