Also, stitch in the ditch (SID) or a grid would be nice also, if that's what you're comfortable doing.

Well Inge.....I have to say beautiful quilt! Truly. I know your piecing too..and I know it's perfect.
I have to agree with the baptist fans if you want an all over type of a design. Those always look great on a sampler like this...and it's very traditional.
I of course also like custom quilting. It all depends on what you are going to use it for. Display, charity..ect.
