Easy?

NO WAY!

The technique is easy enough (even if I did purchase yardage and cut the 2.5" strips myself), but sitting at a sewing machine for that amount of time is not my idea of fun!! That first row was a killer!

I remembered there is a reason my ironing board is set up on the opposite side of the room from my sewing machine. I LIKE and apparently NEED the small breaks away from my machine.

I thought I was going to die from boredom!!!
I did this jelly roll race with a group of my friends and I finished first after about 45 minutes and had the whole thing sewed and done! Did not see it as boring but great fun! It went super fast!
I did one for my husband and another for me with wildflowers fabric jelly roll.
