I feel for ya..... I've been dealing with tendonitis issues in my left arm for many years. It comes and goes depending on what I'm doing. When it's in my forearm, the pain can be unbearable. I deal with hand pain in both hands but that's related to my fibromyalgia.

Quilting is also my mental health outlet. Still caring for DH almost full time but he's slowly getting better so I'm hopeful to get some sewing done this weekend. I have a t-shirt quilt I need to finish by the end of April and a fan quilt to make for DGD's graduation.

Feel better !!!
