Love this answer! I do a mix of easy and challenging. Usually I like to follow a challenging one with a couple of easy ones. Then I get bored and want to do something more difficult. I average 2-3 quilts a month, if I don't have anything else going on. And I like to do table toppers, tote bags and wall hangings too.
I give away at least half the quilts I make, and sell a (very) few on etsy.
