I weighed in yesterday and was down 0.2. I was not surprised by the low number at all. I was pretty good last week but we did a buffet on Friday night. I stayed within my weekly weight watcher points. We ate a ton of crab legs which are really salty so I was holding water. I don't dip mine in melted butter so they were really low points. The scale should be really kind next week when all of the water weight is gone.
I exercise quite a bit last week too. I did the elliptical 3 days, a bootcamp class and walked 2 1/2 miles after work on Friday. We walked pretty fast a pace faster than I would have chosen. Since I am not a walker usually I was surprised that I was sore Saturday. My hips and lower back were sore yesterday. They are fine today. I guess the walking uses different muscles than the elliptical.
