Joe, I have seen 'fixed' Rocketeers, and I just loved them. From the picture, it looks like it works. I emailed the guy about it being rust or dirt, and whether or not it actually works. Don't know if he'll respond -- he did give his phone number. I will give him a call tomorrow (it isn't terribly late, but you never know when a family might be eating supper).
Surely the faceplate (That is why it didn't look 'quite right'!) will be with it, right?
