If you folded longer flatter and only used scotch tape on the flap I think you could cut the cost of sending way down. That is ridiculous! and yours was in the same type envelope same type inner wrapping (not a baggie which costs a lot more too) .. just wanted to try to help you a bit because that would definetely put a huge dent in my budget.
