Mine is just about waist high. Any lower and I have to bend and that can wear your back out. Any higher and my shoulder "lifts" and then i get shoulder fatigue.
if you have a small table you can experiment with, try putting bricks or sturdy boxes under it. I stacked boxes and a cutting board together to find "my measurement".
at least you have an idea what works for you.
