Yes, I've had the same problem, and what I did was click below that box, then the pdf would download, except that sometimes if you want to save it, the little menu thing or whatever you call it, wouldn't come up, but if you closed it and downloaded it again, then the menu thingy would show up, so try that, but now with our "latest" update, it's totally changed AGAIN, so now it's different and a little more time consuming, but I do no longer have to close and download it again.
