Pillow case style is quite easy....sew all around, leave about 10 inches to turn in inside out and sew the opening closed. I usually press the opening and use fusible tape, close it and then sew about 1/4 to 1/2 inch all around the top side of the quilt to really secure it. I use this method when I make quillows. Hope it helps.
