My neck went crunch 4 or 5 days ago and my left shoulder and arm are alternately going numb or hurting like crazy. Makes sleeping a miserable joke.

you need to go somewhere and get a 'therapeutic' massage - it has helped me a LOT. I don't know if you have a school in your area or not - if you do - go and get the teacher to work you over. It might cost $75 or so to do it but it would be a good idea not to let it go.
