I've been attempting to hand quilt my first DJ and I'm really not good at it at all. I haven't been able to rock the needle at all and when I jab or stab each stitch, the stitches on the back are a mess. I'm not saying I'm giving up, but I'm pretty discouraged. But Gus, if we machine quilt it, won't there be an awful lot of stops and starts? So many of the blocks just don't lend themselves to a continuous quilt design.

I've got a couple more weeks done, but haven't taken the pictures yet. I will tomorrow.
