Butterfly Quilt
This quilt was pieced and appliqued by an 80 year old lady. She brought it to me and asked me to quilt it for her. She wants to give it as a wedding present for her niece who is getting married next month. She kinda turned me loose on the quilting only specifying that I go around the butterflies and put something in the sashing. She really like the ivy vines in her quilts. Here is what I came up with. What do you think?
