I spent a chunk of yesterday basting (hooray for Elmer's glue!) and meandering on this colorful baby quilt for a friend in Canada. She has a toddler son and an 'unknown' on the way next month, and she's a
huge rainbow fan herself. I picked an easy, fun pattern.
This is also my first time meandering anything, and first time FMQ'ing something larger than a mug rug! It's messy but not godawful and the lil'uns certainly won't notice.
Now I need to bind and label it...! But not until later, since I have to work all day. Ah well.
(We were quilting at the local library, so the pictures on the wall are from nearby Elementary schools.)
