As I start working on J-10 I have to say I will definitely come up with another way to make her. It seems to me that although Jane did applique the melons on the outer border section, the melons are either reverse appliqued, or the triangle pointy sections in the middle square are appliqued on top to make the melon background come out. I dont know if this makes sense, but I will take pictures while I make it. I may not finish this until Tuesday as I have a class all day tomorrow and a guild meeting in the evening.
