I will try to explain. Press the Ctrl button and the letter c. than scroll down the whole part you want to copy . everything should turn blue highlitghted ,than go to your email page and place cursor where you would start to type and press ctrl button and v .This should copy it...The Ctrl button is on the very bottom left corner.
