These are my penciled in fabric measurements in my Egg Money book.
In the book, fusible interfacing is used for the double wedding ring pattern. The fusibles from Quiltsmart are 20"x26". For queen size, the pattern calls for 14 of those fusible sheets of interfacing. Investing more $$ in the Quiltsmart fusible interfacing will save time, as you simply sew over marked lines. But you could take the arc and draw on unmarked interfacing also.

For the actual arcs and background: The pattern calls for 6 different fabrics sewn into 3" strips. I did the 30" length to save time-this made 3 blocks at a time. You need 14 of these 3x30" groupings. So: for each fabric used for the arcs, you will need 1 1/2 yd x 1 yd. To be safe, for each fabric chosen, purchase 2 yards. For the background, you will need 24 of the 13" squares. That is 3 1/2 yards of 40-42" width fabric. (Need roughly 2.8 yds, but get the 3 1/2 yds) For the backing, figure roughly 8 1/2 yards, bias binding is 3/4 yd, which you could use the leftover fabric for.
