I love to paper piece, but there is a very definite technique. Your's turned out wonderful.

I think the advantage is the ease with which you get perfect points. And they always seem to come out so crisp. Instead of using paper, a friend of mine recommended using used dryer sheet. I haven't tried it yet, but the logic sounds really good. They smell good and don't have to be removed. And they don't add weight

I had a really hard time learning ( I a lefty), because of the whole "reverse" thing. But once I got it, I whizzed right along.
