moonpi, i buy things with paypal and i never had trouble. but you know me - i can't get my head around anything technical. it was my understanding that i could use them a time or two, not as a vender, but as a way for someone to send me money.
i suppose there is a % that they get, but it is what it is. at least it's safe and it's a way to change foreign money, right?
