klue wrote lets try this.
go to whatever it is that you're printing but i want you to click on "page setup" then click on "printer" then click on the down arrow by "name" and change it to "doPDFv6".
this will convert the image into a PDF file. i want you to post that PDF file here so i can see what you are talking about and try to fis the problem.
