Welcome from Ontario, Canada. My quilts aways look better in my head than I can produce. It's okay because it is the creative process I enjoy. My advice is measure and cut accurately with your rotary cutter and ruler. Sew accurately with your 1/4inch seams and measure your units and to make sure they are correct before assembling your top.
