I too wish I could share my quilting with my mom, actually when I was a young woman I taught my mom to quilt and she quilted something for everyone. I then had small children of my own and gave it up for a time. Then when my kids became adults and starting to give me grandkids and the bug bit me again....well that was many quilts ago. Mom didn't get to see the quilts or the great grandkids. It is true I know she is in a better place and I will see her again. But there are days when I just want to share now. Dang I miss her and dad both.
