right click and highlight the form then click copy. Then open up the notifications at the top of the fourm. Click Inbox. Then in the to box type in Lori Peercy (she is our host). In the subject line add April's SP Swap (or whatever you want to call it). Then right click in the body of the message and click paste. Afterwards click send.
