DD love the eagle atop the tree--thanks for the pic. It gives us all a perspective of where you live. I was just telling GS Zeke when I saw my first one about 35 years ago. A March day with snow lingering on a plowed hillside field. Took a second look when the "field" moved and flew up. Now they are here every winter. A gorgeous sight when they are soaring as well. GrannyQ did a wonderful job on your block.

GGal Yes to both. I'm at DD's in WI watching the 8 and 10 yo. Left Monday home tomorrow. Meanwhile back at the farm DS and family from NC drove in today. 3 yo opens the door and yells "We're here" and no one there to answer as DH was at an appt. How disappointing for her. Mom and Dad knew where we were all at--other DS was still doing chores so he did the welcoming.
Back to supper. Pork chops/rice/cooked carrots and apple salad.
