The Batting Seam Tape package from
www.bosalfoam.com says to use a steam iron with metal sole plate; in general the wool setting will work best with most cotton, wool, bamboo & 80/20 cotton blends. Use the silk or synthetic setting with 100% poly batts, increase heat as necessary. HTH
