I believe it does come in fleece - check at Jo-Ann Fabrics or Hancock Fabrics or just Google "Red Wing fabric". The other thing you could do is look in the men's section for sleeping pajamas made out of Red Wings fabric and cut it up for a quilt. Good luck!
