OK, think I found the wiring problem. On the back is a plastic contact point that fits a cord. The picture is with the cord removed. The contacts pierce the cord when the cover is screwed down tight. Only two of the contacts were touching the cord. I'm sure that the third is not a spare
. So, I just have to figure out which way the cord goes in. Does anyone have a Necchi BU that they could look on the back of and tell me if the cord exits left or right? Laura
