Does anyone have any experience with ordering a design from Urban Threads? I ordered a design from them earlier in the week, I think on Tuesday. For some reason I am unable to use the design. Is your machine telling you you cannot use the hoop specifically? My first guess would be that the design was created in a later version of software and you might have to reformat it to an earlier version. For instance, a machine can read an older version of design than what was the version at the time it was manufactured...but cannot read a newer version. To explain further, my 2003 Brother ULT's will read all versions thru 5.06---but most .pes designs are now being created with version 6 or higher. So I have to reformat most of my designs. Could this possibly be the problem?
