Here's one.
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortning
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. mini chocolate chips
Cream sugar and shortening till fluffy. Add milk, egg and vanilla, mix well. Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chips. Put 1 Tbs in greased mini muffin tins and bake at 375 for 10 - 13 minutes. Cool for 10 min. in pan before removing.
