Welcome to those new aboard. I did better than I thought for March. 7pounds lost. At least I think that is what it was. I sent it to Cindy before I forgot. lol... I have some memory problems with my meds and all, so I always have to write it down. I do write down both at the start, and any gains along the way, and the losses, then the ending weight, and do my math. hehe.....
