I printed off this pattern not too long ago because I think it will look spectacular with different colors of batiks.
http://www.modabakeshop.com/2012/10/...ven-quilt.html It calls for 80 - 2 1/2" strips and finishes larger than what you are looking for but you could easily downsize the pattern to fit your needs.
