LOL If I had kept it simple, I would not have done the lover's knot border since I had no pattern and had to design it myself! Besides, in a class, Karen McTavish said "Do the hard thing" - yeah, she was talking about the quilting but...with all the controlled scrappyness going on in the rest of the quilt...I'm seriously thinking about a 1.5" by 3" bricks to make that lovely pop of red/pink. And it is all your fault, AliKat!!!
