I myself don't do too many pastels but I don't dislike them, it's probably because I like color. From the colors you mentioned , I envision a Rail Fence using all those colors you would only need two more colors for the 6 strip Rail Fence. Possibly a Log Cabin would work. I would pop the green tone and the tan color.
