Default Those of you who subscribe to digital quilting mags,

do you have any tips for how to create a personal index? I see quilts I would like to try later, but how do I find them again? So far all I can figure out is to create a Word file with categories such as "children" and then subcategories such as "puppies" and then the file name of the downloaded magazine issue that contains the pattern. What I would really like is to have categories with photos of the quilts.

So far I have subscribed to Quilter's World digital mag and am in the process of downloading all the archived issues. However, as I download I would also like to be somehow indexing the patterns I am especially interested in.

Help???
