I have always loved my thread cutter, however since I got my machine back from having a problem sorted out at my local brother dealer when I use it then the thread pulls out when I start sewing again !!! I have asked them about it ,none of the things worked,it is really annoying. The machine went in because the timing was out and the bobbin thread wouldn't pull up so I can't see what, or if they caused this problem.
