I bought some of this print --
http://www.fabric.com/ProductDetail....3-2a59000a2831 -- and several spotty/stripy blenders in purple, yellow, sapphire, orange-red, and green.
I'm looking for quilt ideas that will show off the big print without chopping it up too much. I thought maybe irregular squares with irregular strip borders (you know -- squares that aren't quite square, and strips that aren't quite the same width all the way) but not sure that is the right approach.
I do pretty well with squares, strips, and curves. I can make triangles but if there are too many points coming together at the same place, I will monkey them up. Just so you know LOL .
