Speaking of spring critters, yesterday DH called me outside to look at an egg and asked if I knew what kind it was. This was a true egg (bright pink) actually almost neon but duller. Anyone know what kind of bird this could be? Have never seen anything like it before. It is only about the size between a dime and a nickel.
