Thanks to everyone who helped me out on this one. It is finally done. Lots of mistakes, but my hubby is happy with it and I'm thrilled that it is done!
I did have fun on the inside blue border~I used a star cookie cutter and drew some shooting star lines; thought it turned out pretty good......
