It would help to know what time of day you are meeting and the approximate number of attendees. Our small group (12) meets at 9 a.m. We work on hand work on our individual projects. Each member hosts the group once a year and the hostess provides a simple fare fitting the season of the year, usually a baked item, variety of cheeses and crackers, assorted fresh fruits, mixed nuts, mints, or chocolates along with beverages. Spring time we made use of strawberries and rhubarb for our baked goodie. I don't think we have ever had the same thing twice. Members enjoy coming up with new recipes.
