Lately, I've been doing finger foods for my groups. They all seem to love the picks that I do with a chunk of fresh pineapple, then a cube of cheddar cheese and last, add a drained, stuffed green olive. You've got sweet, sour and salty all in one neat little packet. People usually take 2 to begin with (and they do go back again). I like going to the Dollar Tree and picking up the plastic picks with the little hearts on top to do these with. I line them up on a platter and slide them into a 2 gallon ziplock bag and they're good to go. Keep them in the fridge until ready to serve.
