Dublb--that is too bad your fabric was 2" short! I am sure you can come up with some creative way to fix it.
I've never sent something as small as a block by UPS or FedEx, do they have small envelopes to use available? I'll have to check their websites. Maybe one day real soon you will get a big pile of mail!!!

Well I am getting sleepy again so better try to get a couple more hours in before getting up with DH for work. My back woke me hurting at about 2:30, took ibuprofen and used heating pad...muscles seem to be relaxed now.
