I made this twice and it turned out 11.25" both times, but the second time I did get the center to fit in.
I'll make a mug rug of the other. I like the colors better in this one for my quilt.

Did I attach my sections wrong? Is that why it was small? I added more background fabric to it so it would be the same size as the last three blocks.
