We're all looking forward to seeing your quilt. It sounds as though your friend has no idea how much fabric and supplies cost. Just make sure all your costs are covered. If she is a good friend perhaps you don't mind not charging for your labour. If so your a good friend. But I agree this is an awkward situation. Thanks for posting this situation.
