I wouldn't. The resulting quilt will be not just thick, but very heavy and possibly stiff. Some people layer Hobbs Polydown on top of Warm and Natural to get more loft. That is for longarm quilting. If you are quilting on a domestic sewing machine, I imagine it would be extremely difficult to get either of the options I mentioned under the arm of the machine.
