We have a lge long haired Tabby who just wants to love all the time. But we also have a Persian/Siamese girl that we just adopted--had her 4 days in her own bdrm. She won't let us near her--growls and hisses & hides behind a trunk no matter how sweetly I talk to her. I've slept in her room and spent much much time in the room daily. Yesterday, we tho't to put her in my sewing room with all the windows and glass french doors seperating from our den---so she could look thru at our Tabby. She disappeared. After moving a tall chest and my 6' cutting table with cabinets...my husband was doing another search of the room when he discovered her lying between a machine and the wall. She had been so quiet all the time we rearranged the room, and kept her silence. Will we EVER get her friendly with us? I'm following all suggestions--never had a problem before.
