Most people put a warped cutting and back in the sun on a very flat surface (like cement) for a while until the matt relaxes. If the warp is really bad, they put some weight on top. Since the sun is blazing hot were you are, I would try it for an hour and then check on it.
Hot sun can be deadly as my friend done that and her board went really really hard and it wasn't even a cheap type....
I think I'll have to buy a new one.
