Not sure about the answer to your question, but holy cow, that's some crazy hail. When we visited Texas some years ago, there was a guy on a TV commercial sayin' "Come on down folks, we're havin' ourselves a hail sale"...damaged cars on a used car lot sale at a reduced price.
